Michelle joined Quality as an administrative assistant on Leap Day, February 29th, 2024. Michelle comes to Quality with a variety of experiences including over 12 years of customer service experience, 4 years of mental, behavioral, dental, and psychiatric patient care, and school-based counseling for children on the spectrum. Michelle graduated with her bachelor’s from Indiana State University and received her master’s from Saint Mary of-the-Woods College. Michelle is excited to be a part of the team, learn new skills, and excel at her new position as the GPS and Toll Coordinator at Quality! Outside of her time at Quality, she commits time to Art Therapy practices, painting, gardening, and traveling.
